A Sunday Woven in Silence and Scents
🐄 Milk in hand, the cows alive
With trust that warms the morning air—
I fed them slow, with silent care. 🤲
👨👩👧👦 Gave my team the day to rest,
Family time is always best. ❤️
Then up the mountain, dogs in tow, 🐾
Where mist and breath began to flow. 🌫️
🧘♂️ Yoga met the rising sun,
My soul and body moved as one. 💫
Fitness, I’ve found, is not a race—
It’s love, it’s rhythm, it’s inner grace. 💖
🌧️ Rain returned, a soft surprise,
Meadow green beneath grey skies. 🌿
White mustard oil in gentle swirls, 🧴
Relaxed my mind, released its curls. 😌
🌹 Rose petals in warm water steeped,
A bath where even silence weeps. 🛁
Body massage, a sacred rite, 💆♂️
Rosemary tea, the soul’s delight. 🍵
📝 Paused my pen, let thoughts unwind,
Dusted shelves, left rush behind. 🧹
Medicine ball, a stretch, a smile—
Mirror showed me peace awhile. 🪞🙂
🧺 Washed my clothes with mindful hands,
Tulsi tea with kin who understand. 🍃
Orchard walk—lemons bold, 🍋
Amlas shy, papayas gold. 🌳
🍏 Custard apples scent the breeze,
Roses hum through silent trees. 🌹🌲
Stream nearby, its rushing song 💧
Meditates the soul along. 🧘♀️
🌼 Flower seeds now bloom with grace,
In silence, I find my place. 🤍
Ideas dance when words are few—
The quiet makes me more true. 🌙
☀️ Summer folds its final fan,
Cool clothes tucked in woven span. 👕
Sunshine waits to dry the day, 🌞
And brush the woolen dust away. 🧺
To be continued… in silence, in scent, in soul. 🌸
